When reporting a bug, include what page you were on, what action you took, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Screenshots and room codes can help with reproduction when it is safe to share them.

If the issue is security-sensitive, report it privately to the operator instead of posting exploit details in a shared room or public channel.
